Donna Horowitz to Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources Officer at Wall Family Enterprise (WFE)

Donna Horowitz recently was appointed to Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources Officer at Wall Family Enterprise (WFE).  In this newly created role, Donna will serve as a resource in the development of comprehensive human resources and organization development strategies to all of WFE’s businesses.

Donna brings a strong background in both HR and OD to the role, with experience working in large multi-national companies such as Motorola as well as organizations such as Leica Microsystems. She has extensive experience developing global work forces with direct responsibility for talent management, performance development, and leadership training for work forces ranging from 2,500 to 10,000 employees.

Donna earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Michigan, as well as an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.  Donna lives in Northbrook with her husband, Aaron and their three children, Jonathan, Elana, and Alexa.
