David Kaput to CHRO at UNITE HERE HEALTH
David Kaput has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at UNITE HERE HEALTH. A Taft-Hartley labor management trust fund, UNITE HERE HEALTH provides high quality, affordable health care benefits to its participants.
Prior to joining UNITE HERE HEALTH, David served as Executive Officer, Senior Vice President, and Chief HR Officer at ACCO Brands; as Global Executive and Senior Vice President, Global Practices & Governance at SAP AG; as Executive Officer, Senior Vice President, and Chief HR Officer at Vectant; and as Group Senior Vice President, HR at PRIMEDIA/KKR.
David received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota; a Diploma, International Studies from Kansai University of Foreign Languages; and an M.A. in International Relations (Business) from the International University of Japan.
His certifications and accomplishments include INSEAD-SAP Global Leadership; SAP Six Sigma Champion; CHRO, National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR); Global Professional of Human Resources, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM); and Senior Professional of Human Resources Lifetime, SHRM.
