Paul Hacker to Director of Human Resources at Administrative Resource Options (ARO)
Paul Hacker recently has joined Administrative Resource Options (ARO) as Director of Human Resources. ARO is privately-held, has about 400 employees, and is a recognized leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market.
Paul brings broad human resources and operations experience to these roles. He most recently was in a contract role as HR Business Partner for CS Stars, a Marsh & McLennan subsidiary. His prior positions include Vice President and HR Director at Cunningham Lindsey, Human Capital Business Partner at UnitedHealth Group, Human Resources and Clerical Operations Manager at MetLife, and Life & Health Claims and Service Management at Allstate.
An alumnus of Eastern Illinois University, Paul earned a BA in Psychology/Business (High Honors).
