Erick Allen to Director, Personnel Policy & Utilization at City of Chicago

Donald Erick Allen recently has joined City of Chicago as Director, Personnel Policy & Utilization.  Erick previously has served Grub & Ellis, ShoreBank, and Motorola, among others.

In his new role, Erick will provide human resources support to the Fleet & Facility Management area of the city government.

Erick is an alumnus of Loyola University with a Master of Science in Industrial Relations.
