Patricia Madden to Manager, Compensation & Benefits at Sparton Corporation
Patricia Madden recently has been appointed Manager, Compensation & Benefits at Sparton Corporation, a 100-year-old Schaumburg based leader in designing, developing, and manufacturing some of the world’s most complex electronics and electromechanical devices. Sparton specializes in the areas of medical & biotechnology device manufacturing, industrial & commercial product manufacturing, military & aerospace product manufacturing and sonobuoys for the US Navy.
In her new role, Patricia is responsible for leading the comp and benefits team, as well providing assistance in the payroll & HRIS areas. Prior to joining Sparton Corporation, Patricia spent over eleven years with Hometown America as Director of Benefits and HR.
Patricia is an alumna of DePaul University. In her spare time, she is very active in greyhound rescue and is a board member with 4 Greyhound Racers rescue group, enjoys photography and reading sci/fi & fantasy novels.
She lives in the north suburbs with her husband, four cats and two greyhounds.
