Dennis Koletsos to Compensation Manager at Signode Industrial Group
Dennis Koletsos recently was appointed Compensation Manager at Signode Industrial Group, headquartered in Glenview, IL. A large spin-off of ITW, Signode Industrial Group provides plastic packaging solutions to customers around the globe.
Dennis leads the total rewards function for the company’s 2,400 domestic employees and eventually will provide support to the company’s international operations as well. Dennis has held progressive compensation and total rewards roles in the Chicago area, in both the consulting and private sector arenas.
Dennis holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and presently resides in Lake County, IL. When he’s not formulating new sales plans and conducting market analyses, Dennis frequently can be found on the organ bench. He has served as organist and traditional music director for various Lutheran churches for nearly 20 years.
