Jennifer Burrus to Director of Human Resources at Fay Servicing
Jennifer Burrus recently has been appointed the Director of Human Resources at Fay Servicing, a small but rapidly growing mortgage servicing business. Jennifer’s charge will be to create a compliant HR function as the first HR leader for the company, and then to ensure that her leadership helps to drive the organization’s growth through strong talent management strategies.
Jennifer has gained over 15 years of strong and varied HR experience by working in consulting and non-consulting roles, and recently led the HR Services consulting practice during 5 years spent in an employee benefits consulting firm in Boston. Prior to that, she worked in a law firm, various manufacturing and distribution environments, and even spent a few years in mosquito control.
Although Jennifer is a native Californian, she went to college in Nevada, spent a few years in the Chicago suburbs, and most recently spent a decade in the Boston area. She decided to return to Chicago because she missed the Midwestern people and the vibrancy of Chicago, and she plans on spending her free time getting to know the city and building a great life here.
