Robert R. Worobow to CHRO at CHP International
Robert R. Worobow has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at CHP International, the management, training, and consulting firm. CHP International works with government, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), educational institutions and training providers to deliver training programs.
Prior to joining CHP international, Bob was the founder and president of RRW & Associates. He was Vice President of Human Resources at Trustmark Insurance and Quill Corporation, and Director, Employee Benefits at Baxter Healthcare and American Hospital Supply Corporation. Before entering the business world, Bob served as an officer in the U.S. Army 85th Division Infantry.
Bob received a BS in Personnel Management from Drake University and an MBA in marketing from Northern Illinois University – College of Business.
His accomplishments include a World at Work Lifetime Achievement Award.
Bob’s interests include working with not-for-profit organizations and political action groups, Menttium mentoring, and traveling domestically and abroad.
