Stacey Bogumil to Vice President, Total Rewards at Heidrick & Struggles
Stacey Bogumil has joined Heidrick & Struggles as Vice President, Total Rewards. In this newly created role, Stacey has responsibility for compensation, benefits, and performance management globally for the organization. Stacey comes to Heidrick most recently from Rush University Medical Center, where she was the AVP, Total Rewards. Prior to Rush, Stacey held increasingly responsible roles at organizations such as W.W. Grainger, R.R. Donnelley, US Foodservice, and Follett Corporation.
Stacey holds a B.S. magna cum laude from Northwestern University, and an M.S.H.R. from Loyola University Graduate School of Business. Stacey lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and children. When not cheering her daughters’ teams on to victory, Stacey enjoys serving on various professional, educational, and social organization boards.
