Andy Katzman to Head of Talent at Inspire11
Andy Katzman has recently accepted the position of Head of Talent at Inspire11. He now helps companies become outcome driven and build empathetic experiences that delight their customers and employees. Andy focuses on helping his clients break down barriers so that everything (and everyone) is integrated and work together beautifully.
Before joining Inspire11, Andy has proven his HR abilities by designing and implementing strategies for several mergers and acquisitions. He’s also been: Chief Administrative Officer for GrowthPlay, a Vice President of Human Resources and Operations for Time Out Chicago, Head of Human Resources Business Partners for Morningstar, and Director of Talent Management for Havas Worldwide.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Nebraska. In 2012, he received certification from Northwestern University in Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
