Brian Truelove to Manager-Center for Diversity & Inclusion at Health Care Service Corporation
Brian Truelove has been appointed Manager of the Center for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) at Health Care Service Corporation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. In his new role, Brian will be responsible for developing and managing best in class Business Resource Groups, as well as integrating D&I into HCSC’s communications and people processes.
Prior to HCSC, Brian was a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant for construction equipment manufacturer Caterpillar Inc., where he managed diversity initiatives affecting 30 business divisions globally. He also served as Chairperson of the Caterpillar Lambda Network, working to shape its corporate policies toward the LGBT community.
A graduate of Western Illinois University and the MBA program at Bradley University, Brian is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is active in the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago.
In his free time, Brian enjoys movies, traveling, and spending time with his dog, a very active 19-month-old lab-mix.
