Donna Ricketts, HR Business Partner at Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH)
Donna Ricketts recently joined Northwest Community Healthcare (Hospital) in Arlington Heights. In her new role, Donna is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of Human Resources policies, processes, systems and programs which create and reinforce a high performing organization. Providing strategic and tactical support and counsel to client departments, she is the first point-of-contact for managers and employees on employment-related issues, collaborating across the Human Resources functions to facilitate effective communication, service delivery and consistency in application of policies and procedures. Donna’s strong HR generalist experience has developed through her Business Partner and management roles with Career Education Corporation, Crain Communications Inc. and Cole Taylor Bank over the recent twelve years. This is Donna’s first entry into the healthcare industry which had always been of strong interest to her.
Donna holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management & Development, PHR certification, and a Certificate in Coaching for Human Resources Professionals from the Center for Creative Leadership. She is very active in the HR community and is an avid networker. She is currently on a Taproot Foundation project where she’s part of the consulting team that’s doing a capacity build for the Aid Foundation of Chicago. Donna likes to travel and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
