Michiel de Zwaan to Head of Global HR Services at Eaton (Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing)
Michiel joined Eaton (Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing) as Head of Global HR Services in February. He is responsible for leading the global HR Services strategy and delivery of a diverse portfolio of services to employees, candidates and ex-employees. Leading an organization of 170 HR professionals around the globe who are focused on customer solutions, quality, cost and service execution.
Michiel has been head-first into HR since his first job in 1995 as Assistant Personnel & Training Manager, Hilton Amsterdam at Hilton Worldwide. Since then, he worked as Senior HR Manager, Head of HR, VP HR, SVP & Chief HR Officer, and Chief HR Officer. In all, he is a Global HR Executive with 25 of experience within the range of industries.
Michiel has a range of education and licenses & certifications including: International Baccalaureate Degree from Taipei American School, Bachelor’s Degree, HR Management from Hotelschool The Hague, Post Graduate Degree, Advanced HR Management from ISBW Opleiding & Training, and is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner.
